I’m a curious, high-energy soul who spent most of my life living in the beautiful county of Devon in the UK.

I’m deeply passionate about travel, sunshine, nature, mind-body-soul connection, holistic living—and making the most of each day we’re gifted on this planet.

I’m guided by curiosity, joy, compassion, intuition, and good energy.

Sol Journey by Shana was born after a personal shift—one of those “life axis tilting” moments. It’s hard to put into words, but there came a point when I asked myself, What am I really doing with my life? I knew deep down I wasn’t meant to spend it behind a laptop, waiting for two holidays a year. I felt there was so much more out there for me—and within me to give.

So, I surrendered. And in that moment of letting go, I trusted that everything would work out. One thing after another began to align—signs, nudges, opportunities. There were definitely deep-breath moments and big decisions, but I kept listening to my intuition. I reminded myself: You’ve got this. Now’s the time.

I left my 17-year corporate banking career and began a journey of inner growth and solo travel. Fast-forward 18 months and I’m sitting in a café in Thailand, writing this bio for my own coaching business.

Helping people see just how capable and wonderful they are has always been my passion. I’ve done it throughout my career—coaching, mentoring, supporting others to reconnect with their own power, their purpose, and their potential.

Because here’s the truth: you already hold everything you need within you. With the right support and guidance, you can bring your vision to life—and live it, fully.

This work makes my soul shine. And I hope it will do the same for yours.
