I offer personalised sessions (60 minutes or more) created around you—your body, your energy, and your needs in the moment.
We can practice yoga 1:1 or if you would like your friends to join you I also teach groups.
Each practice is tailored to support your flow, bringing balance, strength, and connection to mind, body, and soul.
I lead Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga where your body and breath can flow together - whatever level you may be.
I also offer magical Yoga Nidra - a conscious relaxation practice - where your body surrenders itself to the earth whilst your mind is guided through a deeply calming meditation.
